How long until my item is shipped once I place an order?

All orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours of a placed order. We want you to be able to show off your Baffled Biffles earrings as soon as possible!

 

Why should I provide my real email and phone number when I order? I do not want spam. 

Your information stays privately with us and we wouldn’t ever want to spam you. It’s important to have a way for us to contact you about your order so nothing surprising happens! Inaccurate credit card information is a finger’s slip away and occasionally your selection is so stellar that it sells out quickly! We also want to make sure you get our email confirmation as a record of the order. Working with customers makes us happy; we just need a way to keep the lines of communication open. Why didn't I receive an email confirmation about my order?

Though our confirmations are not spam, check there first. If the email isn’t there, please send us an email at baffledbiffles@gmail.com and we can send you your confirmation. 

 

Do you have an actual store I can come visit?

No bricks & mortars for us but that means we can keep our prices lower for you! 

 

How often do you restock earrings?

We strive to keep the most up to date and most stylish earrings on our website. For that reason we don't always restock earrings because we are continuously looking for new styles! We update our site daily with new earrings!

 

What is your return policy?

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If you want to return the product for a refund (to the original payment method) then you are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We will issue the full refund once we receive the product and inspect it.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items or items purchased with a promotional code are final and cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
